Trust Establishment

You execute a Trust Deed with Citadel Trustee Berhad, a licensed Malaysian trust company. This establishes the trust framework, designates your beneficiaries, and outlines your investment terms.

Capital Deployment

The trustee deploys your capital to Chester Citadel Ventures Sdn Bhd, a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) that executes real estate investments on behalf of trust participants.

Real Estate Investment

The SPV invests in carefully selected real estate opportunities sourced through Chester Group's extensive network—including below-market property acquisitions, development projects, and income-generating assets.

Quarterly Distributions

Profits generated from real estate operations flow back through the SPV to the trustee, who distributes your quarterly returns directly to your designated bank account.

Maturity & Flexibility

After the 3-year trust tenure, you choose: full redemption of your principal, rollover into a new trust period, or partial redemption with restructuring. The trustee contacts you 90 days before maturity to discuss your options.
